This is for the 8 x 8 x 8 show I am in in August. The concept is that we have eight artists, each creating 8 pieces of work that are 8″ x 8″. I have six completed, one might be done (still thinking about it), and one that is still completely inside my head. I am doing encaustics on 2 inch deep cradled boards. This will be my first encaustic series to be shown to the world – so I’m excited about that. And several of my friends are participating – and the wild and crazy Paula is the one who came up with the idea and gathered the artist together.
